| APP issued quarter report named 'Paper Contract with China 2008' |

On October 14 th, 2008, APP (China) issued the third quarter report named Declaration of " Paper Contract with China 2008" which is the first quarter report since "Declaration of Sustainable Development-- Paper Contract with China 2008" was made in June this year.
This report covers four parts, including sustainable development, clean production & energy reduction, social responsibility program and the other enterprise honors, which demonstrate APP comprehensive strategy of sustainable development goals, as well as positive initiatives and achievements.
